Apple electronics retail
Telegram bot for an Apple electronics store
We built a Telegram bot with a Mini App catalogue for an Apple reseller: categories, discounts first, auto-posted prices in the channel and a staging bot.
The task
The store sells mostly through Telegram. It needed a convenient catalogue right inside the messenger and automatic price posts in the channel, so managers wouldn’t do it by hand.
Before
- beforeStock and prices were posted to the channel by hand.
- beforeBuyers struggled to find the model they wanted among the posts.
- beforeDiscounted and refurbished devices didn’t stand out.
What we did
Built a Telegram Mini App catalogue with iPhone, iPad, Watch, MacBook and AirPods categories.
Set up strict sorting: discounted items always come first.
Added tags for markdown and refurbished devices.
Set up auto-posting of short price previews to the channel.
Restricted admin features to admins only.
Launched a separate staging bot where changes are tested before going to production.
Results
- product categories in the catalogue
- 5
- prices in the channel, no manual work
- Auto-posts
- changes tested before production
- Staging bot
