Who we are
dorobymo.com is run by the Dorobymo team (Lviv, Ukraine). For anything related to personal data, email hello@dorobymo.com.
What the request form collects
When you send a request or a calculator estimate, we only receive what you enter yourself:
- your name;
- a way to reach you — phone, Telegram or email;
- your website address (optional);
- a description of the task (optional);
- the calculator estimate, if you sent one;
- technical details: the page language and which page the request came from.
We use this only to reply, estimate the task and agree on the work. We never sell it or share it for advertising.
Telegram as a processor
Form submissions are delivered to our work chat in Telegram via the Telegram Bot API, which means the data is stored on Telegram’s servers under the Telegram privacy policy. The same applies if you message us on Telegram directly.
Cloudflare
The site is served through Cloudflare, which speeds up loading and protects against attacks and spam. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request time, for security and reliability. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies or track you across websites. If we add visitor analytics, we will update this page and name the tool.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 12 months from receipt so we have a history of the conversation. If we end up working together, correspondence and documents are kept as long as the contract and law require. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data. Email hello@dorobymo.com — we reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Changes
If anything changes in how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
