Answers to what usually worries people before we start.
Won’t you break something?
Before any change we take a full backup of files and database. We make edits on a copy of the site first, test key pages, the cart and forms, and only then roll them out to production. If anything goes wrong, rolling back takes minutes.
How do I share access safely?
We ask you to create a separate account for us with just the rights needed — never share your own. We can sign an NDA. When the work is done, you simply delete the account or change passwords and our access is gone.
Do you work with someone else’s code?
Yes — that’s most of what we do: sites left by other developers, custom themes, modified plugins. We review the code during the audit and tell you honestly what can be fixed and what is cheaper to rebuild.
What if I don’t like the result?
We fix it within the agreed scope at no extra cost. If the changes don’t work for you, we roll the site back from the backup to its previous state.
Which CMSs do you work with?
WordPress and WooCommerce, OpenCart, Shopify, Wix, Tilda and other SaaS builders, plus custom PHP or JavaScript sites. If your platform isn’t listed, message us and we’ll take a look.
Do you work under a contract and issue invoices?
Yes. We are a registered Ukrainian sole proprietorship (FOP): we sign a contract, issue an invoice and sign a completion certificate after the work. Bank transfer works for companies too.
